The #30DayChallenge

It’s currently day 10 of my #30DayChallenge and there’s already been great feedback, but now it’s time for YOU to get involved.

It’s already been the most fun 8 days of exercise I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to see your updates. Whatever you may be doing, it’s the perfect way to get some group support and take on a new challenge.
